The dining table sits comfortably within the kitchen area seating eight guests and leads to the cosy sitting room where you will find comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, smart television and bi-folding doors to the spectacular terrace looking out to sea and over the harbour, an ideal setting to watch the sunsets over al fresco dining or enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Follow the stairs up to the top floor to two further bedrooms. Bedroom three, a lovely versatile bedroom boasting elevated views over the harbour, can conveniently be made up as either a super-king bed or two single beds on request and has an en-suite shower room.
