Mother Ivey’s Bay Beach

Mother Ivey’s Bay Beach

Mother Ivey’s Bay Beach is a wonderful sandy beach that lies just around the coast from Harlyn Bay on the North Cornwall coast.

The area is very well protected from the elements by the cliffs and headland to the north. This means that the beach is fairly popular with locals and visitors alike however it never gets really busy because of the lack of facilities.

The beach is well worth visiting if you can put up with a long walk from the car. The main car park is at Harlyn which is around 20 minutes’ walk away, along the coastal footpath.
